I began my broking career as a Personal Lines Broker Support in May 2022, where I supported five Personal Lines Brokers by preparing renewal documents, processing transactions (including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations), and managing main line calls to assist clients, directing them to the appropriate brokers. To enhance my expertise, I quickly pursued and completed my Level 5 studies to obtain the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services, General Insurance. This qualification enabled me to transition into a Personal Lines Broking role, where I inherited a portfolio of approximately 350 clients, managing it until December 2023.

In 2024, I was promoted to a Smart Business Commercial Broker (SBB) role, gaining valuable experience in Commercial Insurance, understanding the needs of businesses, and further expanding my knowledge of the insurance sector. This role also allowed me to build strong, lasting relationships with my clients. In October 2024, I received a promotion to Mid Market Commercial Broker, a position I have held since, focusing on larger accounts and consistently seeking challenges to foster my professional growth.

I am a committed, hardworking professional dedicated to both my role and continuous career development. My strong written and verbal communication skills enable me to deliver clear, concise emails and confidently engage with clients over the phone. Customer Care Specialist

This was a full time Customer Service role for The Warehouse Group. This role consisted of answering order placement calls from customers and businesses, maintaining and updating customer account information, responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, services, products etc, notifying and following up with the appropriate departments and teams regarding complaints and product faults, addressing customer queries in coordination with the appropriate teams, placing orders for customers over the phone, calling, and emailing internal and external teams for queries and ETAs. This job required me to be diligent and work in a fast placed environment, it provided me with great computer competency skills which enabled me to perform my job to a high standard. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing customers with quality assistance.
