- At Menzies Aviation I was a front of house agent. My tasks include checking passengers in for different flights such emirates, qantas, malaysia airlines, and also singapore airlines. Whilst working at Menzies I have learnt different skills such as how to deal with disruption of flight, handling passengers with disabilities and how to assist passengers with tasks. Within my role as a check in agent I was also given the opportunity to progress my skills and become a boarding coordinator.

- - Escorting crew to the boarding gate.
- - That all gate comments were cleared.
- - Communicating with ramp leads and turn coordinators.
- - Ensuring all special assistance passengers are at the gate.
- - Printing out any manifest and any other information that the crew needs - Making boarding announcements.

- I have worked at pak n save mangere and I’ve worked mostly in groceries so in that department I would restock the shelves and working a team to clear the floor of product and assist to customers when they need help, I’ve also worked in other departments like produce, Gm and liquor, deli, and bakery What they all have in common is helping and serving customers.

- I worked at the Warehouse for 3 months. My main duty in this role included processing online orders overnight and working to a strict deadline. This has taught me great time management and team working skills. I was also given the responsibility of training new team members in the role which helped me to develop valuable leadership skills.
