In recent months i have stepped up to interim Food and Beverage manager , which has allowed me to further develop my skills in a more senior role. In December 2023, Robertson Lodges transitioned into the Rosewood Hotel Group, which has been an exciting and challenging journey learning about the global hotel processes. .
