  • Work collaboratively with all team members across multiple projects to ensure that each project is being delivered to the Management Operating System
  • Prepare project feasibility reports, including financial modelling, project cost, delivery and value for money
  • Manage and co-ordinate Kainga Ora internal and consulting resource, including liaison and management of the civils, builder and developer delivery partners (internal and external).
  • Develop, prepare and seek approval for Business Cases (sign off up to $10M is approved by the Workstream Lead; up to $20M is approved by the Group MBU Lead, and over $20M is approved by the Board).

  • Procurement – Work with the Procurement Team to develop the necessary procurement plans that are aligned to the project lifecycle being undertaken. Participate on selection panels and evaluation of proposals to recommendation stage.
