Working as part of a cross functional delivery team I was responsible for receiving and processing customer orders and making sure that the order is clean and able to be implemented efficiently.


 On a day-to-day basis, worked with customers, 3rd parties such as Fibre providers, suppliers and Spark internal teams and responsible for making sure the right solution or service order for each customer and site, gets implemented efficiently.


 proactively manage workload to ensure that all activities and responsible to completed on time so as not to impact any overall project delivery schedules or timelines, taking action where required to proactively mitigate or minimise risks to customer commitments.


 The accuracy of upkeep of all records for the customer is critical and responsible for ensuring that all records including the implementation of billing are updated and maintained with 100% accuracy.


 Communicating effectively with key stakeholders such as Delivery Leads, customers, third parties, suppliers and site contacts both within Spark and at the customer end. I ensured that timelines and deliverables are agreed and managed.
