George Zhang

As a Sales Associate at Chipmunks, I learned a variety of skills at the very young age of 12. This includes making coffee, serving customers with respect and kindness, and always making sure they are having a great time while being there. One of the highlights I will always remember is being Charlie the Chipmunk for birthday parties, other celebration gatherings, and functions. Being 16 now, I have worked at Chipmunks for a decent amount of time as a casual worker. I feel that it is time for me to explore more opportunities while gaining additional experience.

• Assisted in planning and leading swimming training sessions for athletes of varying skill levels, focusing on technique, endurance, and speed.

• Provided individualised feedback to swimmers to enhance performance and foster skill development.

• Supported the head coach in organising team events, competitions, and schedules.

• Encouraged a positive and motivating team environment, emphasising personal growth and sportsmanship.

Gained hands-on experience in athlete development, communication, and teamwork while contributing to the success and cohesion of the swim team.
