With a history in the hospitality and the retail industry, I have fulfilled supervisory roles in my previous positions with over ten years experience. I have maintained the highest level of Customer Service within every element of the workplace. My previous positions in hospitality and retail have provided me with the necessary customer service, communication and supervisory skills to be able to excel in this customer service role. I enjoy learning new skills and I am keen to learn more about the role. I am hard-working, friendly, willing to learn and work well in a team and independently.
