- Collaborated with team members to achieve daily goals, promoting a positive work environment through communication and teamwork to ensure that the jobs assigned are completed to a high standard.
- Ensured timely, accurate order fulfillment by closely monitoring stock and replenishing when necessary, which also includes managing stock issues to ensure customers do not receive faulty or damaged stock.
- Used pallet jacks to load and unloaded goods from trucks and containers. I also have forklift qualifications meaning I helped to ensure stock in the warehouse is efficiently managed and kept tidy when in storage.
- Used handheld scanners to efficiently track and maneuver stock throughout the warehouse which helps to identity any potential stock discrepancies or misplaced stock.
- Helped move into a new warehouse which includes managing new stock, dealing with discrepancies in the system and putting stock away into storage with forklifts. This also meant I had to communicate with others offsite to ensure stock was properly managed and handled.
- Trained new hires on proper procedures, safety practices, and equipment usage to ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Created positive relationships with staff and management, maintaining open communication to allow for any potential issues to be resolved or talked about allowing for the workplace to flow more effectively.
- Promoted a culture of safety within the warehouse by consistently abiding to all guidelines and encouraging team members to do the same to keep a healthy and safe work environment.
