I’ve worked as a glowworm cave guide for more than a year. My job includes managing small groups of up to 12 people through the Te Anau glowworm caves, by keeping them safe and telling them the history and interesting facts of the cave. I’m crew/ Masters assistant on the Luminosa this is a 23m long vessel my jobs included managing up to 72 guests. I had to keep it clean up to a high standard, securing the vessel to wharf and also having a good knowledge of everything on board including all safety measures. I’m also crew on the Fiordland express my jobs were very similar to the Luminosa.

• I currently work for the Lobster Company averaging around 6 days a week. My work entails grading and counting fresh crayfish. We then package them live and send them to China.
• - worked 40 hours per work grading crayfish
• - Collaborated with other team members to work efficiently
• - Cleaned and maintained areas of the factory and equipment to a high standard
• - Followed health and safety standards
• - Loaded and unloaded crayfish from trucks and helicopters
• - used correct PPE to avoid workplace hazards
• - ensured products are produced on time and are in good quality

• I assist with cleaning busses, raking leaves, moving firewood and any other odd jobs required at the time.

• I assist in all aspects of cafe/dairy customer service, this includes-
• I cook all cafe meals served eg burgers, chips and toasted sandwiches
• I serve costumers which includes cash handling and taking orders
• I assist with all cleaning of the cafe and dairy
