- deck and stairs. poured in sitchu concrete deck with integrated structural beams reinforced with built on site cages. timber framed stairs dressed with quilt.

- foundation basment: polystyrene core concrete floor, 21x 8m soldier piles, block retaining

- all basement linings are fyreline. Brace units were ply diaphram flooring and 1 ply diaphram wall with cast insitchu treads.

- level 1: steel portals and beams to support timber framed midfloor

- level 2: steel portals and beams to support timber framed floor bare ply sheets throughout with glued joins.

- current position as second in charge managing nine team members.

- Consistently engaged in hands-on tasks while monitoring colleagues and trades work quality and progress.

- my main challenging but rewarding task was consulting with the engineer, sending him my measurements of steel beams and installing them. A lot of steel has been installed on this job so to see everything take shape is a great feeling.
