Self-motivated, hard working and dependable worker, with experience in multiple extremely physically demanding jobs with an attitude to get the work done no matter how challenging.


Completed a bachelors degree in sport and exercise with a strong passion for sports performance through physical fitness and with optimal nutritional fuelling. This means i know what and how much food to intake to ensure i have the energy to perform and maintain working performance within jobs. Passionate about strength and fitness so i believe i am physically capable of demanding jobs.


Self-coached myself to 2 bodybuilding comps, highlighting a high level of resilience and persistence


Since finishing School in 2016 i have completed 3.5 years of study and have spent 2 years working with rugby teams/individuals as a Strength and Conditioning trainer.


Jobs stated in work experience are brief and sporadic due to previous requirements being the priority to succeed in my long term goals.


Overall I am keen and appreciative for any work offered as a way for me to transition from New Zealand to Australia before I essentially move on into the Strength and Conditioning industry.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.


Pressor (shearing Sheds)

  • Fast paced environment with hot and muggy work conditions
  • Repeated hard physical labour over full days tramping and cranking the wool press and ensuring sheep were herded through yards to ensure catching pens were never empty for shearers
  • Required mental resilience due to some breeds of sheep being extremely frustrating/stubborn to maneuver.

Predominantly performed breaking out (attaching logs to wire rope)

Essentially running up and down steep rough country to hook logs up and get back to a safe distance from operation.

Repeated for hours at a time, extremely demanding work testing your physical fitness
