• Concept/Resource Consent: Helping create concepts that balance aesthetic appeal with functionality, ensuring each design aligns with the client's vision while addressing site-specific challenges to comply with the Auckland Unitary Plan.
• Building Consent/Technical Drafting: Produced precise and detailed architectural documentation drawings using REVIT and BIM360 systems. My work ensures that every aspect of the design is meticulously documented, and applying the relevant building codes to ensure that all designs are compliant and easily interpretable by the contractors.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating with various engineers and other contractors to integrate all design elements documented smoothly. I oversaw design processes from initial sketches through to final construction, engaged in site visits to ensure that the drawings are followed and any issues are resolved creatively and completed to excellent quality within timeline and budget.

• Worked closely with builders and quantity surveyors to design residential projects across Auckland
• Developed comprehensive construction documents to ensure accurate execution of architectural concepts during the building process.
• Improved overall project outcomes by utilizing software tools for 3D modeling, rendering, and presentations.
• Utilised the NZBC and the AUP and applied to design documents to ensure compliance with council.
