  • I was initially employed to take phone queries for between 20 -30 hours per week, I quickly met company call time targets and my team leader then trained me in answering emails
  • I was then able to complete between 150 -200 emails a day.

  • I am allocating new referrals daily to our ACC Housing Team
  • I am providing solutions and priortise the clients, assessors and contractors concerns.
  • Contributed to maintaining a positive work environment through participation in team meetings and trainings
