I am an empathetic, approachable person with a strong sense of integrity. I have developed strong therapeutic communication skills during my time working with our older population and out in the community - I enjoy interacting and helping clients and whanau irrespective of culture, age, gender or socioeconomic background. I work well both as part of a team and independently, and my professional conduct is excellent. As a staff member I am flexible, proactive, resourceful and have excellent organisation and time management skills. My desire to enhance the health care and well being of others motivates me to build on my clinical nursing skills and to continue developing my nursing knowledge base.

  • Oversee, monitor and train support workers (medication administration, bowel and stoma cares, PEG, manual handling, placement of braces etc)
