I worked a front of house position at 1852 Pub and Kitchen for over 2 years. I worked for over a year as front of house and my last 6 months as a Duty manager.

I worked a front of house position at Escape masters. The roll required me to meet and sign in guests, give them briefings on the rooms they were playing, which included safety briefings. Then after the players had finished I would escort them out and reset the room. Resetting the room required close attention to detail and finishing the reset in a short amount of time.

I really enjoyed the role I had there but had to leave due to the short amount of hours they had available.

I worked a front of house position at The Wellington Club, I was mainly an event staff. This position required me to serve members and/or their guests and understand the needs of each event.

I performed the following duties

• Pouring and topping up wines and other alcoholic drinks
• Serving food and clearing tables. This included serving multiple course dinners, as well as assisting with wine tastings.
• Setting up and packing down different settings and tables for a variety of events
• Performing any necessary actions to ensure good customer service for the members

I worked a front of house position at Peppermill Cafe and Bar, located in Porirua. My position involved working on the till, preparing food and serving customers.

I performed the following duties:

• Understanding and Using the till system to serve and take payments with customers
• Preparing cabinet food (Heating, plating and serving)
• Clearing and cleaning tables
• Cleaning the cafe ( including the bathrooms and cabinets) after closing.
