Parent mentor is a 40-hour wraparound service supporting the needs of the whānau and their tamariki in their home.
Parent mentors also assist in meeting immediate safety concerns where tamariki are at risk, concerns have been substantiated by OT, and a safety plan is in place, or the risks are not yet clear and the whanau are still under investigation.
