I am a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing. Graduating with a nursing certificate from China in 2012, I have gained valuable experience working in various settings, including aged care home with dementia care units. Currently studying towards a Bachelor of Nursing at Whitireia, with an expected graduation in November 2024, I have also completed placements in forensic mental health settings, broadening my expertise. Additionally, my three-year as a healthcare assistant in the CCDHB bureau, working in wellington and Kenepru hospital with extensive shifts in RAUTA which has equipped me with a strong foundation in providing compassionate care and support to patients. With a passion for improving healthcare outcomes and a commitment to continuous learning, I am well-equipped to contribute effectively to any healthcare team.

In my nursing career, I've developed a strong passion for caring for elderly individuals and those facing mental health challenges. I prioritize dignity, respect, and empathy in providing quality care to the elderly, supporting their independence and well-being. Similarly, in mental health settings, I advocate for awareness, reduce stigma, and provide personalized care to empower individuals in their recovery journey. I'm committed to fostering a supportive environment where all patients feel valued and can achieve their best health outcomes.

Working at RAUTA has been an incredibly rewarding experience that has fueled my passion for nursing as a bureau HCA, Every shift is a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate care and advocating for their well-being.
