Summary

After a few years of working 'fill in jobs' while waiting to be recruited to the New Zealand Police College, A decision was made that 3 and a half years was far too long to be sitting around without feeling as though there had been any progression. So, decided to apply for a building apprenticeship. Fortunately, this was a field of work I was very passionate about. However, my body has said otherwise. Unfortunately, I have had to prematurely hang up the tools due to a spinal injury which although has left a bitter taste in my mouth, has left me determined and enthusiastic to find a new opportunity. Ideally; still working in the construction/property industry.
