Stepped down as HOD as my children were moving on to tertiary study and wanted to spend more time with them for 2 - 3 years to support them through this transition.

  • Head of Statistics within the department and co-constructed the courses, upskilled teachers on course content and developed new and engaging resources.
  • Prepared and implemented lesson plans covering required course topics for all teachers covering both Mathematics and Statistics with a focus on the junior programme.
  • Provided meaningful professional development for teachers assigned to myself.
