Summary

I am a passionate Medical Student wanting to gain hospital based experience of over my summer break and assist patients at Middlemore Hospital as a Health Care Assistant. I have experience as a outpatient Respiratory Physiologist at Manukau SuperClinic, and hold a with a Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology. My work experiences as well as skills I have learned in 2nd year medicine have provided a sound foundation to work as a Health Care Assistant. Working with Counties Manukau patient demographic has shaped me into the healthcare professional I am and drove me to apply to medical school. Now I want to give back to the community as a HCA while learning as much as I can from nursing and other clinical staff I could work with at a Middlemore Hospital.
