Key Responsibilities:

1.) Facilitate goal-oriented programs and activities.

2.) Plan client's activity of choice and report progress to the manager.

3.) Administer medication, document any medication errors and time given to the client.

4.)Perform cleaning and unit maintenance.

Providing support for every day living of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Assist residential clients for their activities of daily living including hygiene cares and toileting

2.) Perform medication check-in, write daily progress notes, and do hand overs before and after shifts.

3.) Administer scheduled medication. Dispense PRN or Midazolam if required or needed.

4.)Prepare clients' meals, dispose rubbish and clean workplace.

5.) Pick up medication from the pharmacy and visit GP for our client's 3 monthly reviews.

6.) Do drop offs and pick up for our clients from their day placement.
