Matt Dods

To whom it may concern.

My name is Matt Dods. I am a 57 year old fit and healthy dairy farmer. I am a married man, Lynne, my wife is a Kindergarten teacher at Kihikihi Kindergarten and has been employed there for the past 14 years. We have two sons, Mitchel aged 23 who is a contract milker at Mangawai Farm - Pokuru, Te Awamutu and Marcus aged 18 who is in his second year as a builders apprentice for Gibson rural. We are a close family and have enjoyed been part of the Te Awamutu community for the past eighteen years. We have had the privilege of working for some excellent employers in the Te Awamutu area all of whom we respect and are grateful for our time together.

I am an excellent farmer with very high standards with a passion to achieve increasing production and profitability through mutual consultation with farm owners/ farm consultants. I am in the twilight years of my career and looking for an employer who is dedicated to his farm, cows and staff.
