  • Handover for bookings given by travel designers and Guest Service starts the booking process with 7 day turnaround time to hand the confirmed booking to the Travel Designers.
  • Verify flight details, send booking requests to suppliers, review the file and confirmations, booking amendments, booking summary, booking cancellations, and supplier refund, travel document, send reconfirmations, cost revisions

  • Payments are received on time from agents.
  • Completed the final checks of the booking before arrival to ensure all services have the correct service status and are correctly booked.
  • Documentation- vouchers are emailed to external suppliers 14 days before arrival and the final itinerary is issued to an agent as soon as payments are cleared.
