My main role was reception, where I interacted with patients, public and staff daily. This included cash handling, conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
I took up the offer to study Business Management and team leadership in 2019, for one year, while still working to further my skills.

I loved working at Waikato Hospital and being a part of an amazing public service. Coming from a different country, I see the value in Waikato Hospital and feel compelled to provide whatever I can. This job has been a turning point in my life where i have learnt to deal with anything given to me.
