- My role involved scoping properties, managing contractors, and ensuring a high standard of work was completed as efficiently as possible
- Led the installations for the multi apartment complexes, which entailed drawing up heat pump placement diagrams, ensuring safety without disturbing structural integrity, working with engineers and electrical specialists for reporting on peak electrical load, and reporting directly back to the Kāinga Ora healthy homes team.
- Mentored newly hired employees on operating equipment and safety and developed training manual to use for reference.
