  • My role as a volunteer is to create an interactive map using MyGoogleMaps that locates staff members of RYALT and the students who are dispersed all around the country. This helps the members connect with RYALT. Apart from that, I am also volunteering in student support to manage 3CX access in setting up students' accounts. We use chat apps like SLACK for quick updates. I Also use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs to record and organise client information.
