I am a positive, energetic and experienced primary teacher, who thrives on making a difference in my students’ lives by designing and using different learning approaches to cater for their various needs and potential. In team leader capacity, I thrive on supporting my colleague in all areas of teaching, assessment and behaviour management. As a bilingual teacher I acknowledge the important role of culture and identity in learning, therefore, I always look for ways to make my teaching more inclusive and nurturing. I believe in building a positive relationship with colleagues, families and students to ensure a good understanding of their needs, goals and aspirations. I believe in student agency and setting a high standard for all learners. as well as all teachers. Due to my background in psychology, I constantly reflect and look for different ways to cater for all learning needs and personalities.
