Customer Service:
▪ Meet and greet all visitors to the TPS Office
▪ All visitors are dealt with promptly, efficiently and with courtesy
▪ Managing Business Unit email account, liaising with internal and external client, ensuring positive &
timely outcome
▪ First point of call of incoming phone enquires
▪ Liaising with both internal and External customers and Third party to ensure SLA is met with great

Administration:
▪ Logging and monitoring all jobs, working with managers and staff to ensure work is completed and
closed off in timely manner with specified SLA.
▪ Update & maintain internal systems (Workflow Max and Simpro) creating and monitoring (jobs,
quotes,
complaints)
▪ Back up support to all Business Unit in the group Administration
▪ Maintain electronic client files
▪ Maintain staff training registers, training due dates and book training for staff accordingly.
▪ Placing Stock and Stationary Orders
▪ Updating documentation and data entry
▪ Document controls/filing, ensure business unit documents are current and filed in relevant folder Bulk
mail outs as required.
▪ Follow up with Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers for the correct times and cover times for
any
incorrectly completed timesheets Accounts Receivables
▪ Preparation of standing invoices
▪ Preparation of consumable invoices
▪ Preparation of Reactive & Periodical Work invoices
▪ Preparation of any ad hoc invoices such as intercompany charges
▪ Processing of supplier’s invoices Systems (Workflow Max, Simpro)
▪ Being up to date with Company’s compliance requirements
▪ Proactively working on Process Improvement Ideas
