I done what farmers require of their employees. From lameness to setting breaks. I had become alot more confident in working independently while left to the farm on my own. I have gained alot more knowledge being on this farm. I have learned a great strength of mine is lameness and mastitis. I am Farley confident in detecting and sorting it out. What needs to be done I will be sure to make it happen.

• I worked on and off for the Hazel Down Dairy Farm for 5 years
• I was full time for 2 seasons as a Dairy farm assistant and a relief milker for the remaining
• I learnt a lot from my manager Stu, he taught me the old school way of farming, while learning the required standards through ITO studies
