• Picks up, prepares and provide the meals (Morning tea, Lunch, Afternoon tea) of the patients and their companions from the cafe.
• When patient's come in, I provide them with a water jug and glasses for drinking and offer them a cup of tea or coffee.
• Provide additional pillows, blankets, heating pads at patient's request
• After finishing treatment, and the patient has left, Aftercare of the chair is done which includes the following:

-Removal of Water jugs and glasses, teacups and saucers, plates and other utensils from the patient's table and take them to the kitchen for cleaning

-Removal of pillow cases, sheets, and blankets and putting them

in the linen bags for laundry to pick up.

-Wipe down of the patient's chair, pillows, and heating pads, and table

-Replacing the pillow case with a fresh one.

• Maintained cleanliness and safety standards within patient areas and equipment.
• Trained new staff on operational procedures and patient interaction protocols.
• Maintained clean environment with due consideration to health and safety issues and infection control policy.

• Removal of both infectious and cytotoxic bins in the unit and replace them with empty ones

• Ordering of morning tea and lunch of patients for the next day
• Checking and ordering of both Medical and Kitchen Supplies
• Coordinating with the cleaners at the end of the day
