Key Responsibilities

  • Arranging interventions such as mentoring, counselling and any other supports the rangatahi or their whānau may need.
  • Working with key stakeholders to support our rangatahi and their whānau for better outcomes.
  • Monitoring of the rangatahi's FGC plans.
  • Preparing progress reports for the Courts when requested
  • Interviewing rangatahi, whānau, or groups to assess situations, limitations and issues and implement services to address needs.
  • Assisted rangatahi with navigating and accessing social services such as housing and medical care.
  • Engage in Supervision
