I was In charge of Checking a wide variety of Pets on to flights at Air NZ Cargo.

I was responsible for Making sure Travel Crates were upto standard and the animals inside were healthy and comfortable and all safety guide lines were being followed all while following Covid guide lines.

Also had to make sure pets were on time and checked weights had been recorded properly.

I also checked out pets off flights and made sure they made it safely to there new Owners safely wether it was them picking them up from the airport or I would deliver them to there new homes or pet accommodation facilities.

The only reason I stopped this job was because a lack of work and unstable hrs as some weeks were 1 or 2 jobs some there was 10 and I needed a more stable income as I was only paid per job. I loved working with animals and helping to make sure they travelled safely and Loved seeing new families smiles as I got to handed them there new babies.
