I have been working as a Health and Safety Trainer and coordinator since 2014. It is with great excitement that I apply for the Probation Officer role to further my career on a more holistic path.
During the years I have been employed with National Training Institute, I have managed and trained people from and with different nationalities and attitudes. To train and coordinate effectively I have done my best to be an approachable individual during my sessions and I made sure that I did facilitate training which I could observe through the feedbacks passed by the candidates.
I thrive on working with people to effect change within their lives and I see the advertised position as an opportunity to work more closely to that endeavor.
I will bring my own personality—openness, a can-do attitude, a solution-focused approach, optimism, and composure to any task I take on. I can work proactive both solo and in a group environment, always putting in my best effort. I'm up for a challenge and am open to trying out new concepts, especially if they help us operate more productively and successfully. My exceptional time-management and organizational abilities enable me to efficiently handle several tasks, sustain a heavy workload, and flourish in hectic environments. If I know that I have really given it my best, there is nothing that I can't accomplish.
My aim is to secure a responsible and challenging position, where I can utilize all my skills for the betterment of the organization where I am associated with and prove myself an asset to my employer and provide prompt and unique services.
