Sue Raisianzadeh

Dev Academy boot camp was a hands-on immersive coding experience in a team environment. Over 15 weeks, I completed between 700-800 hours of coding either in pair programming or in group projects using Agile methodology.
● Completed five one-day projects and built a full-stack website. I learned to work within strict time frames and high-pressure environments.
● Worked in different roles, such as a scrum master, Git lead, frontend lead, and backend lead. I learned about the responsibilities that come with each role and their importance in group work.
● Learned exciting topics regarding human skills, such as the importance of giving and receiving feedback, active listening, courageous conversations, empathy, and diversity in the tech sector.

● Developed and fostered public speaking skills by participating in many presentations. I gave presentations on TypeScript, sorting algorithms, and presented our final project to an audience of family and friends at our graduation

● Demonstrated commitment to high quality products and services.
● Demonstrate good communication skills and train new bakers
● Showcased my ability to work under pressure in fast-paced work environments.
● Demonstrated my ability to learn quickly, and deliver excellent customer service

● Developed my technology related skills - Mostly focused on programming languages

●Demonstrated Technical skills in setting up 2 computer workshops in technical and vocational high schools from scratch
● Applied my design and technical skills by designing two web pages for a real estate and a seed production company using HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver.
● Demonstrated good time management skills, and ability to complete assigned tasks on time.
● Demonstrated problem-solving skills through troubleshooting for clients remotely and on-site.
● Demonstrated my ability to work in a team and communicate effectively by delivering efficient computer workshops to students from diverse backgrounds.
