Tui Te Waaka

Through my years Te Kura o Te Koutu; I learnt and developed my Reo and now I am a fluent speaker.

I learnt to speak English and Spanish from an early age.

I participated Kapa Haka learning Waiata, Poi and Haka. I performed in at the Annual Ahurei Festivals for many years.

• Promoted good sportsmanship among players.
• Navigated difficult situations using effective communication and explanation of game rules with support of Senior Referee.
• Enforced rules and regulations during games to facilitate safe and fair play.
• Coordinated with other referees to execute smooth and consistent games.

• Trained and developed skill level to to achieve goals on and off the field.
• Maintained training schedule daily and weekly.
• Built strong relationships with the team to build trust and respect.
• Team overall came runners up for the season in 2022.

• Referee for the Ripper Rugby Season 2022 for the Intermediate grade and Junior Teams
