Communication is important to me along with being transparent and genuine in my approach. I am a millennial and have been in management and leadership roles in which I'm positioned between generation X and Z, as a leader this requires a different type of skill set. I am a high energy person, that knows how to use this well by empowering my people and leading in a way that is positive and beneficial with no fear of the hard conversations that sometimes need to take place. Understanding business management has allowed me to see the effects unplanned leave can have on a company and its staff. If you are a team member, an internal colleague or a prospective client, I understand the importance of relationships in all roles.

Computers, software, and applications are easy for me to navigate as I am confident and tech savvy when it comes to computers and programs. If given the opportunity, in a short time I will be able to show I am worth it.
