- This role requires me to serve clients and provide them with solutions while providing a high-quality experience. Have received multiple high remarks and feedback from customers in post-sales surveys for my work ethic and behaviour towards customer satisfaction.
- Prior to handling customer service, I had worked in this role as less customer oriented and more stock management and distribution. Both the roles have allowed me to enhance my skills in respective ways.
