Working in a fast-paced GP surgery environment to become a reliable office worker with strong knowledge of general office administration and common human resources operations. It required proficiency in time management and reliability with confidential patient information. It also provided teamwork to provide excellent service and the necessary help that people required.
Online shopping required a strong background in managing customer orders and ensuring timely deliveries. It was a collaborative approach which produced a results-driven mindset and reliably adapting to changing needs. Consequently, it produced a proficiency in inventory management, product selection, and customer service.
Having lived in three countries, I have gained valuable interpersonal communication skills across different cultures. I'm also conscientious and passionate about being involved in permanent and volunteer work. My practical experience in organising and setting up social activities for younger people, as well as dealing with patients in difficult situations and providing customer service has provided me with helpful skills across various job settings. I have also completed a Bachelor of Theology, meaning that study at university level has enabled me to acquire different skillsets, such as computer literacy and effective time management, as well.
