Working with children of different capabilities, some are in wheel chairs and some are non verbal. This involves leading and side walking as I connect with the young people in a positive way,

Bal A Vis X involves sand bag and ball exercises to support brain integration, self regulation, rhythm and ultimately learning. My role is to demonstrate and support participants as they learn the exercises. I am working with adults and children.

I am patient and present as I support participants and I adapt to the atmosphere of each group.
