I am a motivated, friendly, and bubbly individual. My ability to connect with people of all ages has been evident through various leadership roles I've held at Diocesan School for Girls, such as Deputy House Leader, ball committee member, and Lacrosse Captain. I am a confident presenter and problem solver, and I'm known for my determination to achieve the best, as reflected in multiple school awards for academics.
I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Product Design at the University of Canterbury, which has equipped me with a diverse skill set, including innovative problem-solving, creativity, and proficiency in the design process. My experiences in various projects have also enhanced my teamwork, project management, and presentation skills, making me a well-rounded individual in product design.
Moreover, living in a different city while attending university has sharpened my adaptability, independence, and organisational abilities. Navigating a new environment, managing finances, and building a social network from scratch have contributed significantly to my growth. These experiences have instilled in me the importance of resilience and the capacity to thrive outside of my comfort zone, which I believe are valuable assets in any professional setting. I'm now actively seeking opportunities to apply my skills and positively impact the businesses I join.
