In 2016, I made the decision to pursue an Ntec Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 5&6) in New Zealand, driven by my ambition to attain international-level qualifications in the hospitality industry. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, I aspire to excel as a customer service professional.

Prior to relocating to New Zealand, I gained invaluable experience working as an assistant in my family's restaurant in India. This role helped me develop a strong foundation in customer service, cash handling, and working efficiently in fast-paced environments.

As a responsible, hard-working, and motivated individual, I thrive under pressure and am eager to continue learning from experienced professionals in the industry.
