Same as the year before, but more hours.

As a Christmas Casual I worked around 4/5 days ago week and helped my team by:

• Assisted customers with product selection and inquiries to help with their shopping experience.
• Managing Stock.
• Processed sales transactions using systems for checkouts.
• Worked with team members to maintain store presentation and standards.

• Assisted in inventory management, making sure we have fresh groceries so that we are have enough for meal preparation and are ready for lunch/dinner rushes.
• Worked together with the team to operate the kitchen during peak hours.
• Maintained clean and organized of workstations, all following health and safety guidelines.

• Greeted customers, helped them find seating.
• Coordinated with kitchen and barista to ensure smooth operations, even during rush hours.
• Bringing food to customers, making sure they are happy and clearing and cleaning tables when needed.
