Crystal Braddock

I am a hardworking and determined person who is a fast learner and always does everything to my best ability. I am great with early mornings and late nights if needed and I can work long hours with no problem. I have a positive personality and can work well with others and can complete tasks on my own with confidence if needed. I have wanted to get into the stock industry for a while now because I find it so interesting and enticing being a girl who has been working with cows and stock her whole life. I have grown a love for it and also would love to try a new side and learn all I can.

I have been on dairy farms in NZ for my whole life and have worked with stock my whole life helping with every job that I can. Working on farm has been my best experience and has taught me how to be so hard-working. I have also worked at Farm Source in Rotorua for the last 8 months. This job taught me how to work with customers in a retail sense and introduced me to pasture, metabolic's and different types of feed that are used in NZ dairy farming.

I believe I would be a great pick because of how much I am a hard-working person and am a very determined person when I am doing something that I love doing. I will always try my hardest even when I am just starting. I am always ready for a new challenge and am ready to put in the hard work and determination.
