Volunteer (various roles), 02/2014, 08/2019. I participated in my High School Community Service programme throughout my schooling years. During this time, I volunteered at the Naenae library, Naenae Kindergarten, Wesleyhaven Retirement Village and Wa Ora Montessori Preschool. The roles involved assisting the Naenae Librarians, supporting the Naenae Kindergarten teachers, acted as support on outings, as well as playing games and reading to the elderly at Wesleyhaven. In addition to this, I did odd jobs for the teachers at Wa Ora Montessori Preschool together with reading and playing with the pre-schoolers. I also supported the special needs unit at Taita College with cooking and baking.
