This role requires a wide scope of skills, the ability to move across multiple tasks and perform with high energy. To achieve the results ;

  • I produced a company 5 year strategic plan (initially 2015 & updated regularly) and delivered planned outcomes in 4 years by prioritising customer relationships, reorganised our sales force, introducing systems to improve 'how we do business' and delivered double digit profit growth year on year (incl 2022_23 FY).
  • Executed strategic plans for growth and new brand acquisitions.
  • Solved funding & marketing problems to increase sales effectiveness and increase EBITDA.
  • Created innovative sales strategies through adapting constantly to customer (and consumer) requirements.

I'm a cricket tragic who follows the national team through thick and thin. I proudly coach my son's cricket team and have intermediate coaching certification.


After living int he USA for a few years I discovered American style barbecue. Sharing my love of BBQ is my way of expressing manaakitanga with friends & family


I'm a keen fisher, less active these days as I prefer time with the family than long days chasing trophy fish, but fishing was a major influence for many years and fostered many of my social media and marketing leaning curves through NZFisher.
