  • In the beginning of the pandemic, during the first lockdown. I was hired as a checkout assistant because of my experience with customers and its operations during this stressful time. Learning how to be empathetic towards customers because of the uncertainty covid had at the time.
  • I became a trained barista and started working in café/lotto full time mid 2021. Where I learnt how to multitask and mentally plan the best strategy for time management when making coffee and serving lotto when working alone.
  • June 2022, I was promoted to supervisor where I gained my lcq certificate and became a licensed duty manager.
  • July 2022, I oversaw café/lotto. Ordering and making sure stock were well supplied. Training new staff how to make coffees and lotto etops courses
