Frank has been a huge help to me. When I passed on a lot of the HDS duties, he picked it up really quickly. He's always eager to learn more and has really expanded his knowledge in assessing the sites. He began to review his own work and was picking up details he hadn't noticed before and looked into specifications and guidelines without my guidance.

Frank's has also been a useful hand on CAD work. He takes care in the task and isn't afraid to ask for clarification. I really appreciate him staying late to finish up drawings and get them ready for printing. It's clear he cares about the work he's doing.
