  • I am the sole instructor managing and delivering the Horse Program within El Rancho Camp and Conference Center.
  • We host a range of groups on-site and run horse sessions for up to 30 young people. In each session, I am responsible for managing seven horses, coordinating the visiting group, and managing the group of interns to assist in facilitating the sessions.
  • I regularly balance competing demands and am required to prioritise tasks while being agile across the varied tasks.
  • I have developed and implemented systems for the programme to streamline routines and roles in the facilitation and care for the heard

  • I successfully managed the full tenancy application and management process, along with the property management for 13 individual properties, including 8 new-build units in Lower Hutt. This included implementing specific processes to select and screen suitable tenants, through to supporting them on move-in day.
  • I maintained a really effective tenancy management relationship with the tenants, and I received positive feedback both internally and externally.
  • I increased the property portfolio during my employment.
  • Resolved a number of enquiries, issues and complaints - some requiring management-level escalation.
