• Implemented and encouraged safe, effective, and calm stockmanship

Animal Health:

• General health control and maintenance
• Milk fever

          - Prevention using Lime Flour and Magnesium application

          - Treatment via IV bags (Glucose, Mag, Calc)

• Lameness

          - Diagnosis of source, eg footrot, white lime disease, muscle strain etc

          - Trimmed hoofs and applied blocks/slippers

          - Treated medicinally if required

• Mastitis prevention and treatment

Tractor skills:

• Application of fertiliser (Spreader)
• Mowing silage and topping
• Utilising Bailer feeder and silage wagon
• Hip lifter / Animal emergency assistance
• Post Rammer operation

Infrastructure:

• General fencing (New and maintenance)
• Pipe trenching (Water/Effluent lines)
• Water trough installation and management
• Shed maintenance and upkeep to H & S Standard
