SURENDER SINGH (SAM)

I have been farming in Newzealand from last 9 years in which i have been up with many tasks and achieved my goals. Currently i am working as a contract milker from last 2 seasons in the west coast and managing run off with crops as well for winter and i have a genuine passion for dairy farming. i have lots of respect towards the animals and very confident about my role either if its about pasture management, round lengths, feed budgeting, calf rearing etc. i am very good with machinery and if there's any small breakdowns comes up i can easily fix it by myself. I do own all the gears including tractor , bikes, quad , and may more.

• i used to work as a Farm manager with a great experience of 9 years in this industry
• i was up for daily tasks including feed budgeting, calf rearing, etc.
• i was also helping my team to get their goals achieved either in daily tasks and guiding them to get there with health and safety pans.

I was working as a 2ic on farm where i was managing the staff with a team of 5 peoples where i have been training them to get their goals acheveied.

i have worked in the dairy holdings farm for 2 years for the share milker where i have learned lots of thing which includes fencing, k lines, finding lame cows, milking, treatment of lame cows.
